How to Make Thai Prawn Soup with Lemon Grass

Thai prawn soup with lemon grass is very delicious and not difficult to make it. You need twenty raw prawns, soup stock, lemon grass, galangal, fish sauce, straw mushroom, shredded kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, fresh Thai chili peppers, roasted chili in oil, and fresh coriander. You also need a cup, a tablespoon, and a pot. First, wash the prawns and peel. Then bring four to five cups of soup stock to a boil and add about two tablespoons of sliced lemon grass, 1/3 cup of sliced galangal, and six to eight of kaffir lime leaves. Next, bring it back to a boil. After it heat, add about 1/2 cup of straw mushroom, four tablespoons of fish sauce, two tablespoons of roasted chili in oil, and four tablespoons of lime juice. Stir the soup a few minutes until ingredients are mixed through the soup. After ingredients are mixed well, you can taste. If it still not delicious for you, you can add fish sauce, roasted chili in oil, and lime juice more. Let it heat through again, and then you can add prawns and fresh Thai chili peppers. When the Thai prawn soup with lemon grass is cooked through, prawns should turn pink. After that, you can serve it. Don't forget to garnish with coriander. It can make your menu become a special. Don't wait until it is not hot. You should enjoy your very delicious meal as soon as possible.
