How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Days.
Losing your weight 10 pounds in two days can possible if you follow these steps. The first step is to control your breakfast and lunch. You have to eat breakfast and lunch a little bit. Also, you cannot eat meat and some foods that contain more fat and cholesterol such as pizza, hamburger, French Fried, etc. You have to eat only some fruits and vegetables. You cannot eat some fruits that contain a lot of sugar because it can make you gain weight, for example, grape, mango, and durian. Also, you cannot eat some vegetables that contain more carbohydrate, for instance, potato and taro. Second, leave your dinner. You cannot eat anything in dinner except water. Since when you have dinner, you usually don't do more work or exercise. Therefore, your body doesn't use more energy, and it is going to collect every thing that you eat. The next step is to exercise. You have to exercise very hard at least 4 hours per day. There are many kinds of the exercise that you can do such as running, swimming, and so on. When you exercise, your body will burn excess of fat and cholesterol. Therefore, you can lose your weight because both fat and cholesterol are the cause of gain weight. Also, you will get sweat when you exercise. This is another reason that you can loss your weight. Since your body will lose some water. Then go to the sauna room. You should sit in sauna room as long as possible after you exercise. You will get a lot of sweat. Also, Heating can burn fat and cholesterol. Finally, you should think a lot about something that can make you get stress. For example, if you want to enter the university, you can think about take a TOEFL. When you get stress, you are not going to feel hungry. Also, your stomach will produce a lot of water. This water is going to digest foods that you eat. Therefore, it can make you lose your weight. After two days, you are going to feel incredible because you can lose 10 pounds!
